For a valid return:

• the product must have been purchased from lussho.ro or lussho.eu;
• the product must be returned complete, along with accessories, case/cover and packaging.

You can unseal the packaging and try the product to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning, just like in a physical store. Please note, however, that we may reduce the refunded amount if the product shows a decrease in value caused by handling that exceeds what is necessary for its verification.
